Troubleshoot why an owner cannot see their units

The owner cannot view their units on the app

 
  1. There are no unit/s asssociated to the properry owner
Go to conacts>property owner>owner>units If none or some of the units are showing then ensure that an owner has been added to the unit/s   2. Inadvertantly two owner entities have been added Occasionally two of the same owner entities have been added to contacts. When applying an owner to the unit the imcorrect one has been added whilest the other one has had the invite sent and accepted. To solve this remove the unwanted one from contacts>property owner and apply the other one to the unit.
