What are the Subtasks templates?

This article is linked to understanding task types Subtasks are added to a task so that the manager can perform the role whilst being aided by the subtasks embedded within. Subtasks can be added manually or automatically on the creation of a task.


How to create a subtask template

Go to tasks>subtask template>add

    


How to attach subtasks to a task type

Go to task type>edit>attach checklist template

  

How to embed subtasks to tasks

This can be done 1. Manually when adding a task

   

 2. When adding a task with a task type that has had a subtask created and linked

    

3. Automatically via Arthurs automation when creating a task. This is linked to adding actions to a trigger
