A member of our implementation team can build bespoke reports and statements based on clients specific requirements. A member of the team will advise on what is deliverable as some requests may require complex work. Common requests include:
- Landlord statements
- Invoice templates
- Arrears reports
- Transaction reports
- Viewing conversion rates
Process:
The process usually takes 2-3 days depending on the complexity of the report or statement required. Please note that Arthur will require payment in advance of works.
Costs:
Arthur charges £234+VAT per new bespoke report or statement. Statements are complicated and need to be tested with real data.
Changes to current reports:
Any additional works to current bespoke reports is charged at £25+VAT per hour. Please contact us by raising a ticket under General queries > Reports.
