How to handle tenants rent paid on a irregular basis

This can be handled in two ways:  

1. Bespoke frequency

2. Adding multiple recurring transactions

When adding the recurring on page 3 add recurring as once only on the date due.  For example, a tenant pays 3 times over the period of the tenancy. This will ensure rents will be laid in on the date or in advance of the date.
