How to use reports to find tenancies where recurrings have never been added in error or have been disabled

Modified on Tue, 26 Mar at 12:17 PM

The tenancy report is a good report to run to find which tenancies have been added and there are missing recurring or ones that have been disabled. There are two columns on the report that should be looked at.

  • Active recurring. Taken on its own shows whether there is an active recurring
  • A missing recurring. Taken on its own means that recurring have never been added at all

Step 1 Go to reports>tenancies

Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced

Step 3 Use the filter to show missing recurring on active tenancies. Active and missing taken together will show:

  1. If active =yes  and missing = blank this shows recurring is there and active.
  2. If active=no and missing = blank then this shows its there but disabled
  3. If active=no and missing=missing then the recurring was never added
