How to use reports to view payments made to property owners along with charges yet to be remitted and their remaining floats

Run the property owner remittance report that will provide information on:

1. Floats
2. Balances (yet to be remitted)
3. Remitted

  Step 1 Go to reports>financials>property owner remittance report

Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced  

Step 2 Use date range and hit the + button to expand and view any floats, owner balances, and remittances
