Specifying your owner remittance preference

Choosing your preferred method of paying owners can be done:

1. Individually at the owner level for a specific owner
2. Update all owners in one go on your Arthur account

Owners can be paid either at:

• Portfolio level (across their entire holding)
• Property level (popular with HMO owners)
• Unit level

1. Within the owner contact

Go to Contacts>Property Owners>Open/View a Property Owner>Units 

Update the default

To set your default position for your remittance preference go to preferences>financial  Please note this will nill not overwrite anything changed above. Will work going forward The setting allows the choice of when creating a unit or property
