Scenario
We market our student properties from November each year as a whole house for a single tenancy. Then we start to break up the house and market rooms individually around spring/summer if they haven’t let to a group.
Solution
Step 1 Create a single unit property with the unit ref House which is the preferred let
Once created ensure you edit the property and tick I manage the property and place all documents and certificates at property level NOT unit level as the nature of your product is changing
after edit and addition of units
For the following year reverse availability status on rooms and house to re-market as a house
