How to add guarantors

This article looks at how to add guarantors

1. Via webform
2. When adding a tenancy
3. Retrospectively after creating a tenancy

1. Via the webform

This is linked to using the webform to onboard your tenants

2. At the point of adding a tenancy

Guarantor option will only appear on Stage 3 when adding a tenancy. Make sure the box is ticked and you can go ahead and put in the details of Guarantor.

3. Retrospectively to creating a tenancy

Go to Tenancy>Guarantor>Add guarantor
