2. How can manual messages be sent

Messages are either sent;

  • Manually (see below)
  • Automatically via Arthur`s automated events. Automated messaging is found in  automated events


     

3. Where can manual messages be sent from

Messages can be sent from the following areas:

  • Portfolio level
  • Applicants
  • Viewings
  • Properties
  • Units
  • Tenancies
  • Tenants
  • Guarantors
  • Tasks
  • Work orders
  • Transactions

  Portfolio level This is linked to posting group messages


Messages from index pages

You can post messages from any index page with an individual associated with it. At property level, all the individuals in that property may be in the options to group message or message individually, at unit level it will only be those in that unit and for tenancies it'll be that individual in that tenancy. It'll always be shown on the messages tab here:

  • Letting Agents
  • Utility providers (automated only)
