Understanding ownership and how to invite a property owner/s

Ownership is an entity it can be a

• company
• An individual
• A number of individuals

When creating ownership it will be created with a single contact. To add additional contacts simply go to contacts>property owner>owner>company contacts>add :

Go to Contacts>Property Owner>Open/View a Property Owner>Contacts>Resend Invitation
