How to purchase rent guarantee insurance having purchased a reference from within Advanced rent

This shows how to purchase rent guarantee insurance from a reference already obtained from within Arthur. To obtain rent guarantee insurance having obtained a reference from an alternate provider please read this article.

 Step 1a

Go to the Tenancies>Tenancy References>Buy Now

Step 1b

From the rent guarantee index page, find the tenancy you wish to purchase insurance for and select 'Buy Insurance'   Select Accepted References. This will list references obtained within Arthur for you to select.         Now choose the product    

Step 2

Complete the 3 stage form to confirm details for the insurance provider.  

Step 4

Pay for the policy. Payment is not taken by Arthur but by Advanced Rent themselves  

Step 5

View the policy. Please note this information is also available in Tenancy>Tenancy Documents
