How to change who is notified in the team of a completed reference

To change this you need to change the default position "All managers" to a specific person. When changed it will store that email as the recipient going forward. To make the change wait until the next refrrence  

The progress bar and activity log do not show correctly

Both elements are updated by Advanced tenant referencing and therefore all that can be done is wait on them to update these elements
