How to add transactions to a remittance prior to sending

Scenario - For when you have forgotten to add charges on the statement, we have implemented a function to allow you to add charges during the remittance process.


Step 1: Go to Financials > Property Owner Remittance

    

Step 2: Select the Transactions you want to Remit and then 'Add Transaction'

 Step 3: Select a Charge type from the drop down, add a date and then a description. Then add an amount and a VAT code. Once this has all be filled in Add the transaction.

 Step 4: This has now been added to the remittance amount. When you have selected all your transactions you can go ahead and select remit
