Tenancy types and sub-types

Arthur has 4 tenancy types:

1. Residential
2. Commercial
3. Long leaseholder
4. Short stay

Within these, there are different subtypes that require different management, financials, and workflow.    

Creating tenancy sub-types

Go to preferences>tenancies.

When adding a tenancy

How to retrospectively add a sub-type to a tenancy

Go to tenancy>edit

Sending group message to tenancy subtypes

Go to messages>group message
