Dealing with incoming tenant issues will depend on the nature of the issue. Three scenarios are often played out.   Common tenant issues that tenants raise.

  1. An issue that will require no response
  2. An issue that will require a message only
  3. An issue that will require a workorder


Click on pending tenant issues


 


An issue that will require no response Click into the issue >Update status>completed


  


  An issue that will require a message only


 


Once a message has been sent then the task can be completed
