The occupant cant see any payments in the payments area
On a joint tenancy, the occupant who sees the rent or deposit will be the tenant whose name is related to the recurring charge, and hence transaction. The occupant not showing as being responsible for the payment will not see those transactions in the payments area.Was this article helpful?
