How to prepare for the new property owner remittance screen if you have one client account

To ensure you are prepared for the new remittance screen you will need to carry out the following steps:

  1. Ensure you have the correct default bank accounts in Arthur
  2. Ensure your tenancies & units have the correct default bank account

If you have one client bank account follow these steps:

Step 1 - Ensuring you have a default client account set up.

Go to financials > bank accounts > set the client account as the default bank account.

  

Step 2 - Ensuring all tenancies have the correct default bank account set up.

Go to tenancies > bulk update all tenancies to the correct client account.
