How to use automation to send a reminder email that a move out or move in is happening in x days

Step 1 Go to preferences>automation>add a custom trigger

Add customized trigger  

Step 2 Add where the customized trigger is to be added. In this case tenancy

Step 3 Add the conditions. This could be a timed trigger that goes off X no of days from the start and end date of the tenancy

When handling timed triggers ensure you correctly enter +x days

Step 4

Add the action to the trigger in this case it would be an email Please see  How to add actions to triggers
