Long leaseholders in Arthur are tenancies with start and end dates that are far apart. Long leaseholders are subject to

  1. Ground rent
  2. Service charge
  3. Being in receipt of a notices

Go to preferences>tenancies>tenancy subtype

      

Add or edit tenancy subtypes

   

Add the tenancy

Page 1 of the add tenancy screen sets up the process for the long leaseholder. The remaining process is in line with adding a tenancy
