If shared at the portfolio level all tenants in the portfolio will have access
If shared at the property level all tenants in the building will have access
If shared at a unit level all tenants in the unit will have access If shared at tenancy level all tenants on the tenancy will have access
Sharing at the portfolio level Go to the documents directory and choose documents that are to be made available to all tenants
