One-off Charges

As opposed to recurring charges, one-off charges do not trigger on a recurring basis. One-off are single charges added one at a time and are not repeating. 

One off transactions can be added on at different levels, for example you can add a one off transaction against a tenancy for a minor repair (sundry charge), you can add a one off transaction at the unit level for a contractor repair (disbursement charge), you can also add this at property level.

To add a one off transaction on the tenant rent statement. First navigate to the tenancy -> then go into statement -> add transaction. Here you can then select the transaction type that you want to add as a one off transaction for example a sundry charge and then select the paid to/by which in this example is the tenant. Then save, once saved the transaction will appear as a one off transaction.
