Troubleshoot the portal synchronisation

1. My property is not listing

Reason 1: The virtual tour URL if not matterport may prevent the advert from listing – Their documentation show they only support ‘matterport’ Reason 2: My unit is showing status as let as opposed to available to let Reason 3: portal cannot verify the portal address against post office or google maps


2. Received an error message

"We were unable to add/update this property record because the branch_id specified is not a valid branch_id. Please call the Rightmove ADF team if you believe you are using a valid Rightmove Branch_ID,We were unable to add/update this property record because the branch_id specified is not a valid branch_id. Please call the Rightmove ADF team if you believe you are using a valid Rightmove Branch_ID" You need to ensure you have informed the portal of the connection and that your branch ID is correct.  


3. Zoopla, Rightmove score of <100%

If you see this warning, please click on 'fix this'. Check the address for:

  • Additional Spaces
  • Commas
  • Spelling
  • Road=Rd


If unsure, put the address into Google Maps then copy the result back to Arthur as the Google formatting will be correct.
