How to use Automation to get the system to automatically raise a workorder when a tenant raises a specific issue

Arthur can automatically create and route a workorder based on a specific tenant issue. For example, I want all boiler-related issues to go straight to a specific contractor.   


Go to automation

  

  Create custom trigger


 

  Set the conditions  

  

  Create the action>create workorder 



  In this example the due date is set to +1 day from the start date of the job which is set to the same day as the created date  

    

  Once created it will display in automation  

    

How will this now work

 

Tenant when raising a boiler issue will generate the task for the manager with the created workorder generated by the system  

  

  As seen by Manager
