How to batch update applicants

Batching up applicants will allow for the following functions:

  • Deletion
  • Screening
  • Status update (via update applicants)

Tick relevant applicants and then apply one of the above

  

  Deletion - Things to know

  • Users can batch delete applicants that

    • have no related viewing appointment that

      • is today

      • in the future

    • a warning message is displayed when a user tries to batch delete applicants with a related date that is today or in the future and cannot delete them in a batch “You cannot batch delete applicants with related viewings in the future or today. Please delete the viewing first. “ 

  • Users cannot delete applicants with a related viewing appointment that is today or in the future one-by-one

    • a warning message is displayed when a user tries to delete applicants with a related viewing that is today or in the future “You cannot delete an applicant with an active viewing. Please delete the viewing first. Go to viewing.”

  • Users cannot batch delete applicants that are tenants

    • a warning message is displayed when a user tries to delete applicants that are tenants “You cannot delete an applicant with an active tenancy.

  • Users cannot  delete applicants one-by-one that are tenants
